Products & Craftsmanship
Every piece is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural and part of its uniqueness. Appearance may vary slightly due to lighting and screens. All items are subject to availability.
Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed after payment or COD verification. We may cancel orders due to stock limits, pricing errors, or suspicious activity. Please respond to confirmation messages, unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.
Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates. We're not responsible for courier delays. Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts may require advance payment for future purchases.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items, unused and in original packaging, see our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, images, product designs, logos, branding, is the exclusive property of Khaaqan and may not be used without written permission.
Liability
Khaaqan is not liable for damage caused by improper handling, breakage after successful delivery, or minor handcrafted variations. Please handle every piece with care.
