You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
Because our pieces are fragile and handcrafted, returns are accepted only if you received a damaged item or an incorrect product. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Not Eligible
Change of mind, minor variations in colour, texture, or finish (inherent to handmade work), improper handling after delivery, or used/altered items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Offered when the item received is damaged or incorrect, our team will guide you through the process after approval.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
