Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via WhatsApp or email.

Delivery Across Pakistan

We deliver nationwide through reliable courier partners. Lahore: 1–2 working days. Other cities: 3–5 working days.

Every piece is fragile and handcrafted, so we use protective, secure packaging to minimise transit risk. Please handle packages with care upon delivery.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across Pakistan. Please have the full amount ready at delivery. Orders may be returned if the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery.

Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders are prioritised and dispatched faster. We accept bank transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.

Delays

Occasional delays can occur due to courier operations, weather, holidays, or remote locations, we appreciate your patience.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll resolve it promptly under our Refund Policy.
